Pictured is a first issue newspaper, framed in it's entirety, with UV glass.
It has approximately 16 pages, and all of the pages with the exception of page one, are tacked/sewn at the top with silk thread, in three tiny spots like a hinge.
Page one invisibly adheres to the other pages, via tiny corners of acid-free tape.
We wanted to keep the simplicity of the single mat, but needed to avoid having the publication touch the glass, so we raised the mat about 1/4" and created some depth.
